Telco Triad Community Credit Union To Be Recognized For Commitment to Financial Inclusion

September 18, 2023

WHAT: Hispanic and immigrant communities represent a vital component to the prosperity of local and national market economies. Yet in Northwest Iowa, minority populations remain largely underbanked and vulnerable to predatory financial services. Telco Triad Community Credit Union is committed to helping families and communities thrive by providing affordable, transparent, and responsible products and services. Inclusiv, a national advocate for financial inclusion, has recognized this commitment and bestowed the credit union with the Juntos Avanzamos (“Together We Advance”) designation. Juntos Avanzamos is a nationwide designation for credit unions committed to serving and empowering Hispanic and immigrant consumers.

Join us for Telco Triad’s Juntos Avanzamos Proclamation Ceremony. The Juntos Avanzamos flag will be raised as a symbol of the credit union’s commitment to financial inclusion and empowerment of minority populations. Opening remarks will be given by Telco Triad’s CEO Andrew G. Barriger.

WHEN: Friday, September 22, 2023, 10:30 am. Food and refreshments after the ceremony.

WHERE: Telco Triad Morningside Branch, 2550 Glenn Ave. Parking Lot, Sioux City, IA 51106
