Telco Triad Promotes Jepsen to Morningside Branch Manager

SIOUX CITY, IA – Telco Triad Community Credit Union (Telco Triad) is thrilled to announce the promotion of Crystal Jepsen as the Branch Manager for their Morningside Branch. With extensive experience within Telco Triad and a strong background in financial services, Jepsen is well-equipped to lead their Morningside Branch.

Jepsen shared her excitement about the new role, saying, “I look forward to meeting more members and building strong, positive financial relationships. Helping members and working with such a supportive team is what I love most about being part of Telco Triad.”

Jepsen previously assisted with managing the Indirect Lending Department at Telco Triad from 2016 – 2025. Prior to her time at Telco Triad, Jepsen was a Consumer Loan Officer at North Star Community Credit Union for 17 years. Jepsen attended Buena Vista University where she received a bachelor’s degree with two areas of concentration in Accounting and Business Entrepreneurship.
